Aurum Security is one of the few manufacturers in the world that certifies not just individual components, but the entire armored vehicle as a whole. Unlike most companies, we test the protection of the complete vehicle — exactly as it would perform in real-life situations.

We build vehicles certified to VPAM VR10 — the highest ballistic protection level available for civilian cars. All testing is conducted at iABG, a leading independent laboratory in Germany, where resistance to firearms, explosions, and mines is thoroughly verified. This approach allows us to guarantee that our vehicles provide real protection.

We don’t promise safety — we prove it.

Key features of our vehicles
Our armored vehicles feature an armored capsule in which all protective elements are structurally connected. This design ensures the security of the vehicle’s interior and its passengers. The original body panels are mounted onto the armor solely to preserve the vehicle’s factory appearance.

Complete protection of the radiator and engine compartment
The door armoring is made from a single plate of steel. Door hinges are milled from a solid block.
The glass is 80 mm thick and provides protection in accordance with the standard VPAM APR 2006, level 10

There are no weak spots in our vehicles — the armored capsule protects 100% of the cabin. While this significantly increases production time and requires a complete interior redesign, it is the only way to guarantee full protection.

الكبسولة المدرعة

الزجاج

سماكة الزجاج 80 مم وتوفّر حماية وفق معيار VPAM APR 2006 (المستوى 10 / STANAG 3). جميع الزجاج متعدد الطبقات، بما في ذلك بولي كربونات مضاد للتشظّي، مما يضمن أقصى درجات الوضوح والحماية دون تشويه. تضمن عملية اللصق لدينا الالتصاق الكامل بالإطار، ما يلغي أي فراغات.

العجلات

مجهّزة بإطارات ران-فلات (Run-Flat) تظلّ صالحة للعمل حتى بعد تفريغها تمامًا من الهواء. وبالاقتران مع الجنطات والإدخالات المعزَّزة، تتيح هذه الأنظمة للمركبة متابعة السير لمسافة تصل إلى 50 كم بسرعة 80 كم/س حتى مع إطار فارغ تمامًا.

نظام تعليق وكبح مُحسَّن

جرت ترقية أنظمة التعليق والفرامل بالكامل لدعم الزيادة في وزن التدريع دون المساس بجودة القيادة. أُعيدت معايرة المكوّنات أو استُبدلت لضمان أداء مثالي وطول عمر تحت الضغط. وتضمن هذه التحسينات السلامة حتى في مواقف المناورة والانعطاف المفاجئ.
