The armored vehicle based on Mercedes G-Class is a legendary SUV combining iconic design, outstanding off-road capability, and a high level of ballistic protection.

It is designed for clients who require maximum security, premium comfort, and confidence in all driving conditions.

Reinforced body elements, ballistic glass, and an upgraded chassis provide reliable passenger protection while maintaining dynamic performance and precise handling.

Ballistic protection

Armor, including the roof, provides protection in accordance with VPAM APR 2006, Level 10 / STANAG 3-. This includes all soft-core bullets in calibers 5.56, 7.62, 9, and 12.7 mm, as well as all commonly used hard-core and armor-piercing bullets: 7.62 x 39 (BZ) from a Kalashnikov rifle, 7.62 x 51 (P80) AP, and 7.62 x 54 (B32) from a Dragunov sniper rifle — at any angle (not just 45° or 90° as required by the BRV 1999 standard).
The glass is 80 mm thick and provides protection in accordance with VPAM APR 2006, Level 10 / STANAG 3- — withstanding multiple hits from all soft-core bullets in calibers 5.56, 7.62, and 9 mm, as well as all commonly used hard-core and armor-piercing bullets: 7.62 x 39 (BZ) from a Kalashnikov rifle, 7.62 x 51 (P80) AP, and 7.62 x 54 (B32) from a Dragunov sniper rifle — at any angle, including 90°.

Opaque areas, including the roof, provide protection according to VPAM APR 2006, level 9. That includes all soft core bullets 5.56, 7.62 and 9 mm and all armor-piercing bullets 7.62 × 39 BZ (Kalashnikov API) and 7.62 × 51 (P80 ), from any angle (including 90 °).

All transparent areas have thickness 65 mm and provide protection according to VPAM APR 2006, level 9. That inludes multiple shots of all soft core bullets 5.56, 7.62 and 9 mm and all armor-piercing bullets (Kalashnikov BZ), at any angle (including 90 °).

Our armored vehicles have no penetration zones

Our company is not only one of the few companies that use certified materials in armoring, but also the only one in the world that has fully certified SUV to the highest protection level for civilian vehicles VPAM VR10.

During the VR certification our vehicle was tested with 550 shots:

Engineering & Technologie

Gepanzerte Kapsel

Das Design ist vollständig zertifiziert und als Gesamtsystem getestet (nicht nur einzelne Paneele).
Aus einer durchgehenden Panzerstahlplatte gefertigt.
Alle kritischen Bereiche, einschließlich Boden und Dach, sind geschützt.
Vollständig abgedichtet — keine Schwachstellen.
Lasergeschweißte oder überlappende Verbindungen.

Glas

Die Verglasung ist 80 mm stark und bietet Schutz gemäß VPAM APR 2006 (Stufe 10 / STANAG 3). Alle Scheiben sind mehrschichtig, einschließlich splitterhemmendem Polycarbonat, und gewährleisten maximale Sicht sowie Schutz ohne Verzerrungen. Unser Verklebungsprozess sorgt für eine vollständige Haftung am Rahmen und schließt Spaltbildungen aus.

Räder

Ausgestattet mit Runflat-Reifen, die auch nach vollständigem Druckverlust funktionsfähig bleiben. In Kombination mit verstärkten Felgen und Einsätzen ermöglichen diese Systeme eine Weiterfahrt von bis zu 50 km mit 80 km/h selbst bei völlig plattem Reifen.

Aufgerüstetes Fahrwerk und Bremssystem

Fahrwerk und Bremsanlage sind vollständig aufgerüstet, um das erhöhte Gewicht der Panzerung zu tragen, ohne die Fahrqualität zu beeinträchtigen. Komponenten werden neu kalibriert oder ersetzt und gewährleisten optimale Leistung und Langlebigkeit unter Belastung. Die verbesserten Systeme sorgen für Sicherheit selbst bei Ausweichmanövern.
